Metropia, One of Canada’s Most Esteemed Real Estate Developers: Official Website

At Three New Metropia Communities, the Road to Realization is Right on Track

Luxury living gets a little closer to reality with each passing week at the thriving and authentic new communities Metropia is creating in midtown and downtown Toronto, and in North York. Construction continues on, the vision we have for each location carefully falling into place step by step. When you’re delivering the finer things in life, the checklist is extremely detailed. At Metropia, we know that we’re not just building a home, we’re generating a new way of looking at life for our valued clients—prospective buyers included.

e2

Metropia’s unique vision for modern midtown living continues at pace at Yonge and Eglinton gearing up to offer residents the best of midtown living, only steps to the subway and the upcoming new LRT. Along with parks and recreation plus ample cosmopolitan conveniences, e2 will provide for family living at its finest.

All temporary utilities are complete so the flow of construction can proceed uninhibited, and the tower crane is built and fully operational. The foundations are 75% complete and we are happy to announce that we currently scheduled to have the structure at grad by late this winter. Once out of the ground, you will see e2 rising out of the ground at a rapid pace.

AYC

Future residents of the new condominiums and townhomes on Bedford Road at the confluence of Yorkville and the Annex neighbourhoods are eagerly awaiting the day when they can enjoy the benefits of two very distinct parts of town. The complete urban lifestyle package offered by this two-in-one development will yield luxurious comfort, connectivity, and convenience.

Construction-wise, AYC is out of the ground and the tower concrete and formwork is being done on the 3rd floor. This also means that the parking and townhouse podiums structures are now complete. Mechanical and electrical installations are moving ahead at all parking levels. The secondary crane is scheduled to be removed off site by the end of 2019 and wood framing of the townhomes is scheduled to start later this winter.

The Rocket

Things at Wilson Avenue and Tippett Road are running according to plan at this dynamic urban hub in North York. The building’s concrete structure is fully complete, with the roof approximately 80% finished. Windows are currently at the 12th and 13th floors. Work on the framing of the suites is at the 2nd floor, with the corridors boarding on the 7th. Framing on the outside walls is at the 11th floor, with fan coils being installed on the 8th floor. Outside, waterproofing of the deck is also 80% complete, with the landscaping slated to start later this fall.

With excellent transit and highway access, the vibrant new community at The Rocket will be connected to everything the city has to offer. It’s only a matter of time.
