Set within one of Canada’s most exciting master-planned communities, M5 brings its own distinct architectural character to the evolving M City skyline. The understated design of M5 exudes an air of quiet confidence. The tower’s crisp linear silhouette is composed of two staggered vertical volumes, while a geometry of black and white forms creates a striking grid-like pattern. Simple yet elegant, M5 makes a refined architectural statement. The clean lines and dark masonry of the podium complement its restrained architectural character, working in unison to give M5 its unique voice within the overall M City community.
